We understand that plans can change. Once your order is placed, it is automatically prepared for shipment so we can get it to you quickly.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, don’t worry — you can still return it free of charge and receive a full refund once the item is returned.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-4 days. Order placed after the cut off time will be shipped the next day. Next day shipping is available on all orders (for an additional charge).

If you want to return an item simply contact us quoting your order number and reason for requesting a return and we will send you a return label free of charge. Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, and include all the original packaging.
